Privacy policy
Last updated 30 September 2026. This policy applies to Shanrohi Innovations Pvt Ltd, which runs CG Shorts, on the website and on the Android and iOS apps.
What we keep
On a profile: name, mobile number, a secure password hash, chosen news categories, and district. On an inquiry: name, mobile number, and message. A session cookie for login and the district choice. Page visits are counted with Google Analytics.
How it is used
To open the account, show a feed for your district and categories, and pass an ad inquiry to our team. We do not sell this information. An advertiser only receives totals: how often the ad was shown, and how often its link or call was used. The reader’s name and number are not included.
Who can see it
Our team sees advertising inquiries. Google Analytics may receive the page address, the browser, and an approximate location. Your name and mobile number are not sent to Google. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. A source or advertiser site you open has its own policy.
Delete your account
In the app, open Account and tap Delete account. Or enter the number and password on cgshorts.com/delete-account. The account, saved stories, and your inquiries are removed.
